Dear Friends and Family of MoveAbilities,

I hope you take a few minutes to peruse this updated version of all that MoveAbilities has to offer you and your neurodiverse child. You might learn something new, or simply refresh your understanding of NeuroMovement®.

NEW SPACE
I have a wonderful new in-studio space for in person lessons (Covid precautions taken). Plus, I now offer online virtual sessions including one-on-one for adults, caregiver coaching for parents, AND a new group class to get us ALL moving forward toward new possibilities.

FAQ’S
Some of you “old-timers” already know the routine, but please check the Covid page to see updates AND also check out the FAQ page. Have I missed anything? If there is a burning question that YOU have, chances are, someone else has the same question.
